Shipping and Returns
I aim to dispatch all orders within 2 days after receipt of payment I will notify you of any delays immediately
Your order will be shipped via Fastway couriers or An Post with track and trace capability and always require a signature upon delivery. We will email you with a link to track your package online. http://www.fastway.ie Please note the following
- Although we provide an indication of typical delivery times, specific delivery times or dates cannot be guaranteed.
- Claims for non-delivery must be made within 10 working days of dispatch notification.
- A working day is - Monday to Friday excluding bank and public holidays.
- All address information must be accurate especially the recipient's telephone number.
- Cotton On cannot accept responsibility for late or non-delivery of items if the recipient's address and telephone details are insufficient or incorrect.
- Goods shall be deemed to have been delivered with signature proof.
It is the customer's duty to ensure that someone will be home to sign for/receive the gift. Where the driver is unable to locate a person to accept delivery, a calling card or voice message will be left for the recipient to contact the nearest Fastway depot or diver and arrange to pick-up from the local depot or agree an alternative delivery time or alternative location at the discretion of the driver. If the recipient fails to make contact in good time, the goods are returned to Cotton On and a charge will be made for re-delivery to the original or an alternative address. The purchaser will also be charged for any items which have become unsuitable for sale and need.

All items purchased come gift wrapped in Cello wrap and ribbon. If you are sending direct to the recipient we can enclose a gift card with a short message max 60 characters.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs.
We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
